Perinatal Wellbeing

Overview

Care · Collaborate · Connect Perinatal Wellbeing is a self-directed online training program.  It equips health professionals and students in health disciplines with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support the wellbeing or women and their families during the perinatal period.

This online course comprises nine modules:

  • Self Care
  • Perinatal Mental Health
  • Talking about suicide
  • Attending to distress
  • Coping planning
  • Problem-solving
  • Documentation
  • Ethics and law
  • Self-management

Professional development points

This course is eligible for continuing professional development (CPD) points.  It takes 8-10 hours to complete. 

A Certificate of Completion is available to download after all training components are completed.

$165 (GST inclusive)
