Workplace wellbeing is a solution where those who have people who have a responsibility for the health and wellbeing of others in their workplace. Creating a culture of communication, A Culture of Workplace Wellbeing is a solution where people who work together in person, remotely or in a hybrid model can support the health and wellbeing of others. It involves the development of a culture of coping and supporting others by building on existing strengths rather than focusing on deficits.

You are eligible to use and display the Care Collaborate Connect care endorsement logo if more than 70% of your workplace has completed the Care Collaborate Connect Psychological First Aid Training. A Care Endorsement demonstrates to the world that your workplace has been training in health wellbeing practice. We will also list your workplace on our website to openly share our endorsement of your training.
