These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Care · Collaborate · Connect website and training (the "Service"), operated by Care · Collaborate · Connect Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the website, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a licence, you agree to these terms.

Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Service at any time.

Enrolment and course access

When you enrol in a course you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course for the access period stated at purchase. Organisation licences may be assigned to staff in accordance with the seats purchased.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. No refunds are provided after enrolment. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us.

Intellectual property

All course content, materials, and the design of this website are owned by Care · Collaborate · Connect Pty Ltd (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright. Materials provided during training are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our training is educational and is not a substitute for professional clinical advice or emergency care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
