Psychological First Aid

Providing quality to support

Psychological First Aid

When people are upset, the quality of support they receive matters. Psychological First Aid gives everyone — at home, at work, and in the community — a structured way to notice, listen, and help. This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to support others when they are upset, building on what they are already doing to cope — so that support is helpful and causes no harm.
